 At Voxscript, data security and privacy are of principal concern. 

• The Medical Transcription team strictly adopts HIPAA guidelines
• Networks are configured with encryption software, firewall, antivirus and anti-spyware protection
• Safeguarding of all electronic data communication between Voxscript and our client’s system is via SSL (secure socket layer) connections using 128-bit encryption
• Actual physical access to the server and transcription area is controlled through a 24-hour security and alarm system, as well as, a closed surveillance camera monitoring system
• Voxscript has a fully scalable, uninterrupted internet connection
